It is advisable to narrow your search rather than listing all the
properties in the database. The more properties in the database, the longer it
will take. However, if you wish to list them all, simply click on the
"Search" button without making any changes to the fields above. The
database returns any properties that match your criteria. If you
specify more than one setting other than the defaults, an AND
criteria is created. In other words, if you set the Town field
to 'Falkirk' and the Asking Price Range to '£50001 - £55000',
all properties that are located in Falkirk, with a price tag
between £50001 and £55000 will be returned.
Asking Price - Select the price range that most suits your
budget. You cannot specify alternative price ranges.
Town - The Town drop down box only contains a listing of the town
locations for all the properties we have in our database. You
cannot specify a town in which we have no properties
Region - Use this drop down box to list properties from a particular
region. Again, the regions listed are the only ones where we
have properties. If it's not on the list, we do not have it.
Property Type - Again, you can only list properties that fall in to
the categories shown.
There is no way to specify the maximum number of bedrooms. Choosing the
minimum number of bedrooms will also result in those with more than desired
being presented. Use other criteria to limit your search. The number of bedrooms
listed reflects the properties in our database so it is not
necessarily true that there will be a sequential number listed.
You cannot search on those properties that do not have a garage. Leaving
that option unselected will list properties whether a garage is present or not.
